Simple homemade granola (vegan)

Level up your breakfast & snacks with this easy to make, nourishing, and tasty granola!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oats (gluten free if desired)

    1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

    1/4 cup chia seeds

    1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

    1/4 cup cinnamon

    1/3 cup coconut sugar

    1/4 cup coconut oil

    2 tbsp maple syrup

Step-by-step:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit

  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix combine your dry ingredients

  3. 3. On the stovetop on low (or in the microwave) melt together your coconut oil & maple syrup

  4. 4. Slowly pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, and stir together (making sure all the oats get coated)

  5. 5. Pour the mixture onto a large non-stick pan, and spread out the granola

  6. 6. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes (until golden brown)

  7. 7. Allow to cool

  8. 8. Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container, and enjoy for up to 2 weeks!
