Vegan ricotta

Enhance your recipes with this easy, healthy, vegan ricotta

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cashews

    1/4 cup water

    1 tsp apple cider vinegar

    1 tsp salt

Step-by-step:

  1. 1. Soak your cashews for at least 20 min in hot water

  2. 2. Add your soaked and drained cashews into a blender/food processor, along with your water, apple cider vinegar, and salt

  3. 3. Blend together until desired texture is reached (blend a bit more for creamy ricotta, and a bit less for crumbly ricotta)

  4. 4. Store in the fridge, or use right away on toast, pizza, crackers, etc..!
