Chocolate chip cookie baked oats

Add a little sweetness to your day with these wholesome and easy-to-make baked oats!

Bake time: 18-22 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/3 cup plant milk

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Vegan chocolate chips (about 1/4 cup or as many as your heart desires!)

Step-by-step:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit

  2. 2. To a blender, add in your oats, banana, plant milk, maple syrup, baking powder, and vanilla extract

  3. 3. Blend until smooth

  4. 4. Fold in chocolate chips

  5. 5. Pour into two oven-safe ramekins, and carefully place in oven

  6. 6. Bake for 18-22 minutes (until golden brown on top)

  7. 7. Allow to cool slightly, and enjoy!
