Strawberry Crumble

Welcome in warmer days with this sweet five ingredient strawberry crumble

Prep time: 10 min

Bake time: 20-25 minutes

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb strawberries (rinsed, dried, and sliced)

    2 cups oats (gluten free if desired)

    1/2 cup coconut sugar

    1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)

    1 tsp cinnamon

    Optional add ins:

    Vegan chocolate chips

    Chopped walnuts or almonds

Step-by-step:

1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit

  1. 2. Using a blender (or food processor) blend one cup of oats on medium speed, until oat flour is formed

  2. 3. Slice your strawberries, and line them up in a medium baking dish (I use a 2 qt 11x7 baking dish)

  3. 4. In a large bowl, combine your oat flour with remainder of your oats, coconut sugar, and cinnamon

  4. 5. Pour the melted coconut oil over the dry ingredients, and combine

  5. 6. Pour the mixture over the sliced strawberries, and spread it out as needed (to allow all strawberries to be covered)

  6. 7. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes (until golden brown)

  7. 8. Allow to cool slightly, and enjoy!
