Plant based cream replacer

Enjoy the delicious creamy recipes without any dairy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashews

    1 cup veggie broth (or water)

    Salt as needed

Step-by-step:

  1. 1. Soak your cashews for at least 20 min in hot water

  2. 2. Add your soaked, drained, and slightly cooledcashews into a blender/food processor, along with your veggie broth & salt

  3. 3. Blend together until desired texture is reached (blend a bit more for creamy ricotta, and a bit less for crumbly ricotta)

  4. 4. Store in the fridge, or use right away in a recipe!
