S’mores Baked Oats (vegan)
A classic summer flavor meets baked oats

Bake time: 18-20 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana
1/3 cup plant milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Filling-
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
1/4 cup vegan marshmallows (and a extra for topping if desired)
1 tbsp coconut oil
Step-by-step:
1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit
2. To a blender, add in your oats, banana, plant milk, maple syrup, baking powder, and vanilla extract
3. Blend until smooth
4. In a small saucepan on low heat, melt together your marshmallows, chocolate chips, and coconut oil
5. Pour batter two oven-safe ramekins, and pour the chocolate + marshmallow filling on top and in the center of each
6. Bake for 18-20 minutes
7. Allow to cool slightly, and enjoy!
